Dr. DeSantis both mentors and teaches young Doctors working on their Post Doctorate Certification in Prosthodontics. By incorporating Post Doctoral Education into his busy schedule, Dr. DeSantis keeps on the cutting edge of Dental Education and knowledge.
Dr. DeSantis was born and raised on Staten Island and is a graduate of New Dorp High School. Although he chose to practice in the neighborhood where he was raised, his patients have been referred not only from the Greater New York area, but from as far away as India, Russia, Italy, and Canada.
Dr. DeSantis lives with his wife, family and Pugs, Caesar and Spartacus, on Staten Island. He is an accomplished and avid chess player. A leader in the dental community, Dr. DeSantis is the past President of the Richmond County Dental Society.
