Office location

Our office is conveniently located in the heart of New Dorp at:
216 Rose Avenue
Staten Island, New York 10306

The office is three blocks east of the Staten Island Rapid Transit New Dorp train station. Our office features on-site parking and is fully handicap accessible with parking that features a wheelchair ramp to the entrance, specially equipped restrooms and wide halls.

Office hours

Monday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm 

Tuesday–Wednesday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Thursday NYUCD 

Friday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm 

Saturday (alternating Saturdays) 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

We offer individual appointment times for each patient, and pride ourselves in maintaining close to 100% on-schedule visits. Emergencies are seen promptly, and we are also available via pager.

Payment Policy

Payment is expected at the time of your appointment, unless prior arrangements are made. For the convenience of our patients we accept and file most major insurances, and also welcome the following forms of payment:
